How many children to a qualified childcarer?

We can take the children for up to eight hours. At a rate of 15 euro per child per hour. This includes numerous activities and the supervision of meal time and a report to the parents on their return of how their child got on during the day. Magicians, clowns etc. are not included but are charged at an extra minimal cost.When should the children be collected?
The children will be taken up to eight hours; arrangements should be made by their parents for them to be collected in time for their departure for bed. We would encourage parents to leave this no later than eight thirty and at latest nine o'clock in the evening.Where will the children be looked after?
A room needs to be provided by the hotel on request and paid for by the wedding party. Here the activities will be set up where the children can play. We would also encourage a table to be set up so that the children can eat. Food should also be discussed with the caterers and a menu agreed upon for the children to choose from, as we will supervise the children's mealtime.Also if there are younger children we would ask that a seperate room be hired so that naps can be taken and undisturbed throughout the day.
